We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Associate. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the direct sales team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service in the Asian market. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential to excel in this position.
Responsibilities:
Renewals:
- Maintain a high client retention rate by managing the renewals process effectively.
- Proactively follow up with clients who have missed renewal emails to understand their intentions and address any issues they may have encountered.
- Communicate with clients to address questions or concerns regarding renewals, including pricing changes and plan optimizations.
- Manage the payment process for renewals, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Generate quotes for upgrades or downgrades based on client requirements and product availability.
- Encourage clients to refer others to our services, expanding our client base and fostering positive customer feedback.
- Gather feedback from clients who choose not to renew, identifying reasons and providing insights for process improvement.
Administrative Support for New Business:
- Manage the administrative process from client application submission to payment completion.
- Ensure accurate completion and proper storage of all necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients in the Asian market.
- Send reminders and notifications to clients about upcoming payment due dates (to be confirmed).
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle additions and deletions in clients' policies, preparing and sending quotes accordingly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls to the direct sales team, gathering information from prospects and qualifying their interest.
- Assist in organizing appointments for sales representatives based on prospect availability and sales team capacity.
- Provide backup support for sales in acquiring new business when needed.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and a passion for achieving targets.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and effective problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage client interactions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of the industry and the products/services offered is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Asian market, including regional business practices and cultures, is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in French and Thai is highly desirable.
