Responsibilities:

  • Process requests on the system.
  • Creation of accounts uploading all the permits and legal documentation so that a vehicle in US can run through the legalization process to be able to go from one state to another.
  • Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure document ticket status and follow up.
  • Register all cases, inquiries and calls in tracking tool.

Qualifications:

o Previous experience in Customer Service.

o Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel

o Proficient English to communicate on emails and calls.

o Schedule availability to cover 24/7 process.

o Be a team player to with problem solving attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $12,000.00 - $13,600.00 per month
