We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant for our busy store. The candidate will primarily operate our busy tills area but will also be involved in everything from checking off deliveries to dealing with customer queries, re-stocking, keeping the seating area both indoors and outdoors clean, and all general house-keeping duties at the front of the store. The job involves interacting with our customers, accepting and processing payments for goods, and providing amazing customer service experience which is something we pride ourselves with in our store. Flexibility and reliability is a requirement for this position.
Main responsibilities
- Serving customers at the till
- Keeping the Coffee dock clean, fully stocked and presentable
- Keeping the shop clean and presentable
- Stocking, tidying and cleaning shelves
- Cash handling
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Reliability is essential
- Till Operation experience
- Initiative and a good work ethic
- Good at multi-tasking
- The role will involve early mornings, late evenings and some weekend hours, however flexibility is a must
- A positive attitude and a smile for all our customers
