Qala Sunshade is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a leader in the tents & shades and metal industry, we are dedicated to producing high-quality products and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.
Position: Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate daily production activities within the production department.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
3. Supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
4. Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational issues.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
8. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of materials.
9. Prepare and maintain production reports, including productivity metrics and quality control data.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in metal industries production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
2. In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
6. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the metal manufacturing industry.
7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
