Job Description
Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.
Qualifications
Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates high speed digital, complex analog and mixed signal integrated circuitry for on-package multi-chip IO and PLL design in very-deep-sub-microtechnology nodes. Design area includes IO buffer, PLL/DLL and linear regulator. Requires excellent analytical skill and provide effective solutions to technical issues in a timely manner. Works with mask designer on floor-planning and reviewing layout, particularly on sensitive analog circuitry. Requires excellent communication skill for successful interaction with wide range of engineering groups on deliverable across different geographical sites. Have CMOS and VLSI knowledge.
