- Computer skills - You know your way around Xero and Google Workspace (Sheets & Drive), or you can learn quickly.
Specific car knowledge is not required for this role.
About the role
You're the one that ensures our customers are subscribing to cars in accordance with our policies and procedures. You'll do this by:
- Requesting car-related information such as odometer readings and service bookings from customers, recording the information and responding to customers where required.
- Reconciling payments in Xero, sending customer payment reminders, and coordinating car recovery where required.
- Receiving cars from customers at the end of their agreement and refunding bonds.
- Processing bills in Xero and paying monthly accounts.
- Liaising with our fleet insurer and third party insurers to recover funds.
- Assessing some customer applications.
Work from home: some parts of this role can be completed from home. This role is mostly based in the office.
