Role Description:
The role includes developing the company’s technological resources, ensuring they are used profitably and efficiently, and implementing new systems and infrastructure. Also, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for establishing global technology standards in addition to overseeing technological platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the technology team and oversee building of the platform to ensure it is done correctly, efficiently, within budget and on time.
- Develop and manage the product architecture and roadmap required for the build.
- Lead software development team to develop, document and maintain cutting-edge web and mobile based application.
- Provide leadership, management, and technical vision to entire tech engineering team.
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Align with the Product Department and the Project Management teams to ensure development plans are in line with the product requirements as well as the project road map.
- Submit structured and professional progress reports to the CEO on regular basis.
- Create and implement processes which ensure all resources are used effectively and efficiently. This includes performing regular code review as well as the approval process of payments for third parties.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
- Problem-solve for developers and other IT team members.
CTO Requirements:
- Masters degree in computer science or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 8 years working in a technological role.
- 5 years of managerial experience.
- Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to delegate efficiently.
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
