What you´ll do

  • Support the team members in audit (e.g. planning/scheduling, preparing communication, monitoring audit-findings, etc.) and onboarding (preparing project plans, deliverables, deadlines, reporting, escalations, etc.) related activities.
  • Additionally, work with the team members on activities related to managing queries from various stakeholders, WIKI sites, reporting, etc.
  • Help us in identifying opportunities to improve our processes, by making recommendations to the team.
  • Work with a global team, spread across all 3 regions.


We are looking for a student, who can support us in our daily activities, but at the same time offer vast opportunities to learn the thrilling topic of “Audits”. We offer, for example:

  • Insights in various domains – like User Access Management, Supplier Management, Network Communication and Security Architecture, Malware Management, Risk Management, etc.
  • A glimpse on how audits are executed
  • The possibility to learn various SOC, ISO, CSA Star, C5, TISAX, etc. Regulations.
  • Learn how to manage projects.


What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Bring IT background or currently studying IT
  • Security background / experience preferred
  • Should be at least a second year University student (4th Semester)
  • Ability to be able to speak fluent English; German preferred
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Be pro-active, reliable & in a position to self-organise
  • Possess Microsoft Office (Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required) skills
  • Experience in project management preferred, but not a must

The “Security Risk & Compliance” (SR&C) organization drives innovation and enables customer trust by providing transparency for all our stakeholders throughout the security risk and compliance lifecycle. The “Security Compliance Office” is a part of the SR&C team and with it, also embedded in SAP’s Global Security Organization. In the Security Compliance Office, we strive to generate Trust through Compliance. We are a key partner of SAP’s external auditors, as well as internal risk, continuous monitoring, remediation, and cyber compliance program managers.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
