1. Manage Inbound /Outbound calls
2. Managing a team of representatives offering customer support
3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
4. Over-seeing the customer service process
5. Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team
6. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
7. Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
8. Planning the training and standardization of service
9. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all
times.
10. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
11. Communicating with customers through various channels.
12. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
13. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
14. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements
Requirements
- 10th or 12th Passed.
- Experienced or freshers both can also apply.
- Candidate with potential and problem solving attitude.
- Customer centric approach and Patience must.
- Experience of Zoho ERP will be an advantage.
Language : Bengali & English ( HINDI LANGUAGE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE. )
