5.5 work week - office hours
Responsibilities
- Assist to provide onsite field service technical support and troubleshooting assistance at customer locations
- Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer on completion of each job.
- Handle all Customer complaints & all repair works
- Ensure that the required tools are available in the toolkit to start the necessary work for the day.
- Providing field fixes & quality feedback on product
- Adhering to the defined processes and procedures of the service department.
- Preparing job cards for each job and getting authorization from the service supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least NITEC qualification
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service at all times
- Possess self-motivated personality and a willingness to learn attitude Demonstrated excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Possess valid class 3 license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
- Class 3 Driving Licence (Preferred)
