Job Description
- Manage events and related operations from start to end ensuring smooth operations at all times;
- Lead operations team in event activities at site;
- Liaise with clients on all operational activities ensuring they are in accordance with expectations and requirements;
- Manage and ensure that regulatory compliance and safety requirements, where applicable, are complied with at all times;
- Able to lead a team, provide coaching and at the same time be a team player;
- Liaise and work closely with clients to resolve ground issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with Business Development team and operations/support team to ensure prompt delivery of service and smooth operations;
- Assist in budgeting/costing for events.
- Assist in any other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Degree in Events Management.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in mass participation competitive/non-competition events including virtual events;
- Able to lead and manage a team;
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to commence work within short notice.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month
