RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) 协助装置ESHQ经理(应急响应),负责监督推进各项ESHQ工作在相应装置的实施,确保相应装置的安全运营和持续改善;
2) 负责管理各级事故应急救援预案,包括组织编制、更新、审核和备案;
3) 组织制定“年度应急响应演练计划”,并按计划组织实施公司各级应急救援,并针对演练进行评价,提出改善意见进行整改;
4) 按要求建设“微型消防站”,包括相关规章制度、人员、装备和技能提升;
5) 组织落实“应急救援人员”能力提升计划,针对微消站人员、工艺应急处置队伍、志愿消防队员以及ERT人员,进行培训、演练、训练等,提升公司应急响应能力;
6) 按照法规要求,负责管理危险化学品相关证照的更新和备案;督促各部门,贯彻落实化学品管理要求,建立健全化学品现场管理标准;
7) 参与现场ESHQ检查,及时排查事故隐患,不能立即整改的立即向相关责任人汇报,并提出ESHQ改善建议;
8) 参与各项作业许可证在场地的贯彻落实,确保符合国家法律法规和罗姆集团安全救生法则要求;
9) 按照流程要求,负责贯彻落实工厂消防安全管理工作,确保场地各消防设施的完整性、合规性和可靠性,促进全体人员消防技能的提升;
10) 负责按照流程要求,和赢创ERC及消防队建立沟通机制,并负责针对沟通过程中的相关问题,提出整改意见并督促落实整改;
11) 负责公司事故/事件管理工作,包括事故信息收集、汇总、整理、分析、上报及整改跟踪等;

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 化学或化学工程或工程背景;
  • 3年以上的工作经验;
  • 良好的沟通能力;
  • 熟悉MS Office软件;
  • 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力.
  • 熟悉安全和运输相关的法律和法规;
  • 熟悉ISO 45001体系;
  • 以结果为导向,以目标为导向;
