Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for designing IFF products opportunity including Flavor, seasoning, FS, ingredients, food protection and culture.
1. Leading the GI implementation and reactive projects follow up with the team.
2. Organizing proactive concepts development using IFF technology to promote our solution to gain business.
3. Balance team workload and resources to prioritize the key projects.
4. Contact point for new technologies learning and deployment.
5. Grow team members in terms of skills and leadership as business needs.
6. Hands on key projects and coach junior designers.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
. Bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology.
. Over 10 years' experience in Flavor House industry.
. Able to work independently and be a good team leader.
. Self-starter and able to work in a cross functional team environment.
. The ability to learn and be flexible in a rapidly changing business environment.
. Positive winning team attitude.
. Competency in oral and written communication in English, good at communication.
