Miltenyi Biomedicine is a newly established international biopharmaceutical company that develops innovative cell and gene therapies. We are focused on bringing cancer treatments and regenerative therapies to patients. Our initial focus is on difficult to treat hematological cancers using CAR-T technology whilst exploring treatments for solid tumors. We are currently in discussion with the FDA, EMA and Japanese health authorities regarding initiating pivotal Phase II trials. We strongly believe that despite promising developments, there is significant room to improve on current cancer therapies.
- Working within the Clinical Development Department, the Clinical Trial Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of all aspects of clinical trials, primarily related to cellular therapies.
- You will ensure that all trials are conducted in accordance with all relevant regulations (ICH-GCP, AMG, SOPs), as well as quality, budget and timing guidelines.
- You will work with the team to continuously update and improve the necessary SOPs.
- You will be in regular and close contact with colleagues from Clinical Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and relevant CROs, as well as with the authorities, student bodies and the Ethics Committee.
- You have successfully completed a scientific degree (e.g. in chemistry, biology, pharmacy or medicine); ideally you already have a PhD.
- You have several years of professional experience in clinical research and the management of (international) clinical trials.
- Ideally, you have a strong background in immunology, haematology or oncology and a strong interest in cellular therapies.
- You are naturally communicative and can work independently, proactively and goal-oriented.
- You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20-30% of your time)
